First consultation: $40.00 with FREE follow-up appointment MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Subsequent appointments: $30.00/hour as needed based on type of program and any needed changes. For best results a 6-month commitment may be needed based on goals and objectives.

For the Advanced Exerciser or Recovering from an Injury
