Learn about food labels, ingredients, and serving sizes, and why you are not meeting your goals. Point Nutrition can also help you make a shopping list to purchase the needed foods to complete your kitchen and pantry makeover, and if needed help plan meals and menus for your family based on the ingredients you have on hand, without having to buy extras at the store.

Meal & Menu Planning

Point Nutrition provides Supermarket 101 to aid in meal and menu planning. This is intended to help individuals make healthy decisions in the store, while providing tips on how to make quick and nutritious meals that are good for you and your family.

Want to try a new recipe but not sure where to start? Point Nutrition also provides in-home cooking instruction for a variety of meals and occasions. Tips for substitutions and cooking techniques are covered. Additionally, Point Nutrition provides recipe analysis. This provides calorie, fat, protein, and carbohydrate information for any of your favorite family recipes.

In-home cooking instruction: $40.00/hour, minimum 1-hour, food and recipes provided at your own expense.
